Chill everything first. Cold ingredients make a better punch and help preserve the fizz.
Refrigerate the juices, ginger ale, and any alcohol for a few hours.
Prep the fruit. Slice oranges and limes into thin wheels. Cut fresh pineapple into bite-size chunks. Rinse and gently pat dry the mint.
Mix the base. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine pineapple juice, orange juice, and lime juice.
Stir in honey or simple syrup until fully dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness.
Add a pinch of salt. One small pinch brightens flavor without tasting salty. It subtly sharpens the fruit notes.
Stir in the fizz right before serving. Pour in the ginger ale or sparkling water just as guests arrive to keep the bubbles lively.
Garnish generously. Add pineapple chunks, citrus slices, and a handful of mint.
The fruit slowly infuses more flavor as it sits.
Optional adult twist. If making a boozy version, stir in rum or top glasses with a splash of prosecco. Start with less, taste, and add more if needed.
Serve over ice. Use large ice cubes or an ice ring to keep the punch cold longer without watering it down.
