What You Do

Prepare the Glasses

Drizzle maple syrup on a small plate. Sprinkle pumpkin pie spice on another plate. Dip the rim of each martini glass first in maple syrup, then in the spice. Set the glasses aside.

Make the Drink

Add the vodka, coffee liqueur, pumpkin puree, simple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, espresso, and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake it very hard for 30 seconds. You want a nice frothy top.

Strain and Serve
